New housing development in Wiltshire takes shape

Building work is well underway at a new housing development in Bradford on

Five-star housebuilder Bellway is
building 58 new homes at Tithecote Manor, off Holt Road, where the first few homes
are beginning to take shape, ready for its official launch in the New Year.

The development will comprise of
three, four and five-bedroom homes, as well as residents’ allotments, a
community orchard and children’s play facilities.

Rachel Way, Sales Manager for
Bellway South West, said: “It is extremely exciting to watch the new homes at
Tithecote Manor begin to take shape and we are looking forward to welcoming the
first visitors to the development in the New Year.

“We have worked closely with the
local authorities to ensure we designed a development, which not only suits the
needs of local buyers, but fits in to this idyllic rural location.

“Tithecote Manor offers a range of
homes suitable for buyers at all stages of the property ladder, from first-time
buyers through to growing families and downsizers, so we are confident that
there is something for everyone on offer.

“We are expecting a great deal of
interest in the development, so I would encourage house-hunters to register for
updates on our website to avoid missing out.”

As part of the planning agreement,
Bellway will be making financial contributions of over £500,000 towards the
local infrastructure. 23 of the properties will also be designated as
affordable housing, to enable local people and key workers to live in a
new-build home within their own community.

Bellway secured five-star builder
status with the Home Builders Federation (HBF) earlier this year. This
five-star rating was achieved after more than nine in ten customers who responded
to the HBF’s National New Home Customer Satisfaction Survey said they would
recommend Bellway to a friend.
