Motorcyclist injured in collision

POLICE officers were called to a collision between a car and a motorcyclist on the junction between Frome Road and Pound Lane, Bradford on Avon, shortly before 4pm yesterday (Tuesday April 9).

 

It involved a black Yamaha motorcycle and a red Suzuki car.

The woman driver of the car was not injured, but the male motorcyclist was taken to Royal United Hospital.

Police remained at the scene until around 5.30pm to assist with traffic.
