It’s DUCK RACE time again!

11am – 2pm Easter Monday 22nd April in Westbury Garden with the race at 12 noon

It’s time for the famous annual Bradford on Avon Duck Race and this year promises to be bigger and better than ever, thanks to generous sponsorship from Puddle Ducks Bristol & Bath!

We’ve got some fabulous prizes and over a 1000 ducks at the ready, waiting to be launched into the river from the Town Bridge!

Westbury Garden will host entertainment by Ticklish Allsorts and the fabulous FB Pocket Orchestra!

Fear not, as ever, the amazing BoA Rowing Club kayakers will be at the cordoned off finish line waiting to retrieve the lucky winners, before scouring the course for all of the remaining ducks.

2019 DUCK RACE PRIZES INCLUDE:

A family weekend away on a Sally Narrowboat

A luxury Spa Day for two at Woolley Grange Hotel

A family ticket to ‘Peter Pan’ at St Margaret’s Hall

Family entry to the Bradford on Avon Food and Drink Festival

Iford Manor Garden entry and cream tea for two

Family Pirate Ahoy Trip on the Barbara McLellan canal boat

SPONSOR YOUR DUCK AHEAD OF THE DAY!

As an extra incentive, and to avoid the queues, all ducks sponsored before 4pm on Saturday 20th April will go into the ‘Puddle Ducks’ prize draw for a chance to win a set of 10 free children’s swimming lessons (suitable for ages 0-4) worth £145!

You can sponsor your ducks at:

PihaThe Swan, Dible & Roy, Strawberry Blue and the Tourist Information Centre in Westbury Garden.
