Double prosecution for Lorry Watch – driver and company

Lorry Watch prosecution today.  Morrison Utility Services Ltd pleaded guilty to 4 charges having breached the weight restriction order on B-on-A Town Bridge on 4 separate occasions in September and October 2012.  The company was fined a total of £2345 (fine – £2200, Victim Surcharge – £70, Costs – £75).
