Choral Society sets off on Austrian tour
The Bradford on Avon Choral Society has just left for a concert in Austria.
The choir will be visiting St Gilgen near Salzburg. Conducted by Rupert Bevan, they will be performing a programme of British choral music and participating in the Sunday Mass at St
Gilgen Church.
Future concerts closer to home include Handel’s Judas Maccabaeus on Saturday 16 May at 7.30pm at Holy Trinity Church, Bradford on Avon. This is a work of high drama, powerful choruses and familiar melodies. With professional soloists and a
narrator to help unravel the plot-line, Bradford Choral’s performance is an occasion not to be missed.
This ambitious presentation has been generously sponsored by Bradford on Avon Arts Association.
Tickets @ £8.00 on the door.
Contact Megan Jones for further information on Tel 01225 862670.
New members are always welcomed.

This would be damage incurred prior to him taking over the lease, and without any doubt the responsibility of BW.” [British Waterways, I think - ed]
Anyone know any more about this?
