We had another successful Lorrywatch prosecution last week Eddie Stobart Ltd pleaded guilty to 2 offences after breaching the 18 tonne weight restriction on Bradford on Avon Town Bridge on 2 separate occasions with 44 tonne vehicles.
The company had already been warned following other illegal crossings of the bridge.
The company were ordered to pay £1500 (£750 for each offence) plus £75 costs to Wiltshire Council and a £15 victim surcharge – total £1590.
