Agency wants to convert old Lloyds Bank

A LOCAL advertising agency is planning to move into the former Lloyds Bank building in Bradford on Avon.


Team Eleven, which is based at the Glove Factory Studios in Holt, wants to move into the former bank in Church Street.

The company has applied for planning permission to make internal and external alterations associated with the change of use of the Grade 2 listed building.

They include new windows at the front, a new rear doorway, a new rear window, a new rear external decking area and replacing condenser units.

In another application, Team Eleven has applied to put up a projecting hanging sign at the front of the premises.

Bradford on Avon Town Council says it has no objection to the plans, and is “pleased” to see the building is being retained for employment use.

Wiltshire Council is due to make a decision by next Thursday March 21.
